Do notice any purchase of courses from Upgrade My Skill will lead you in agreement with our Privacy & Cookie policy, Terms of Use, Rescheduling Policy and refund policy.

Rescheduling Policies of Upgrade My Skill are as follows:


We do maintain our right to take decisions related to reschedule the date & time of your training.

In case after we reschedule your training, the options available to registered candidates are:

  • If you’re a registered candidate you will be eligible to attend the rescheduled class but you should remember to apply for rescheduling minimum 3 days prior to the original classes.
  • You can attend your rescheduled class on a different date and schedule.
  • If even the rescheduled dates do not fit in to your schedule a 100% refund will be awarded in return. The refund may require 30-days to process.
  • If you’re registered you can enroll to attend the rescheduled training class on a more convenient date in future. For this option, the candidate should select this option as a precursor. You can inform Upgrade My Skill that you’re exercising this option a minimum 3 days prior to the commencement of the upcoming course for being eligible enough to get refund.
  • If you’re requesting for rescheduling of the training 7 days prior to the original class you would have to surrender a 10% of the registration fee of the upcoming class.
  • If you’re requesting for rescheduling of the training 5 days prior to the original class you would have to surrender a 50% of the registration fee of the upcoming class.
  • If you’re requesting for rescheduling of the training 3 days prior to the original class you would have to surrender a 75% of the registration fee of the upcoming class.
  • No refunds would be provided if you request for rescheduling less than 3 days prior to the date of the original class.
  • If you wish for rescheduling you must sent a mail regarded for the same to support@upgrademyskill.com
  • Do remember to state the date of purchase, course details and purchase details such as order ID and transaction ID in the email.
  • You can only apply for rescheduling on a particular date if only seats are available on that date.
